Video Production Highlights: UNI, John Deere, and Non-Profits

As we transition into the fourth quarter, we’re excited to share some of the incredible projects and partnerships that have shaped the last few months for Around the Corner Productions. From expanding our sports coverage to creating impactful documentaries, our team has been busy crafting stories that matter. Let’s take a closer look at what we’ve been up to in the third quarter of the year.

Kicking Off the Season with Panther Sports Talk

We’ve had the honor of continuing our long-standing relationship with UNI Sports TV, producing another season of the beloved “Panther Sports Talk.” Since 2002, we’ve been bringing fans up-close interviews and behind-the-scenes features, showcasing the best of University of Northern Iowa sports.

This season, we’re keeping our 19-year legacy on commercial TV strong by continuing to air across a network of broadcast stations.

A New School Year, A New Round of Live Broadcasts

With the fall semester underway, we’re diving into nearly 100 live broadcasts for UNI’s Division I sports programs. Whether it’s on the court, the field, or in the stadium, we’re proud to bring these action-packed events to fans—both in the venue and on the ESPN+ platform. This would not be possible without our talented full-time staff, freelancers, and college students, who work tirelessly to deliver top-tier content and seamless coverage.

John Deere & Corporate Projects

In Q3, we also produced several key videos for our long-time partner, John Deere. At Harvester Works in the Quad Cities, the Waterloo Women In Manufacturing event, and created internal content to inspire and inform Deere employees. Our work with John Deere continues to highlight our ability to tell powerful stories, whether they’re aimed at external audiences or kept within an organization to build community and culture.

Supporting Non-Profits: UNI Foundation & Otto Schoitz Foundation

Here’s one of the inspiring projects we completed for the UNI Foundation

Giving back to the community has always been close to our hearts. This quarter, we had the pleasure of working with the UNI Foundation and the Otto Schoitz Foundation to create meaningful video content that brings their missions to life.

ATCP takes great pride in uplifting and showcasing our local communities through video, which is why we dedicate ourselves to partnering with local nonprofits year after year. We understand that nonprofit work is instrumental in building and maintaining healthy communities, and we are greatful to be a part of that through our partnership with them.

Expanding Our Reach with New Clients

From coast to coast, ATCP has been busy collaborating with clients across the country. We created a series of videos for a New York company and filmed multiple sessions in St. Louis for an educational training program. Closer to home, we produced an awards video for VGM and Homelink, while continuing to partner with agencies like Amperage, Impact Marketing, and Spinutech to bring their clients’ visions to life.

One of our proudest achievements this quarter was capturing the powerful stories of Iowans impacted by cancer for the Iowa Cancer Consortium. We also had some fun filming both on the ground and in the skies with drone footage at Cedar Rock, a site designed by Frank Lloyd Wright, adding a unique visual flair to our projects.

A Spotlight on Humanities Iowa: Documenting Dementia

We are particularly proud of our collaboration with Humanities Iowa to create a short documentary focusing on dementia. Titled Timeless Journeys, this piece provides an intimate look at the lives of those affected by the disease, and the students that seek to bridge the creative gap in their care. We aimed to tell these stories with care and compassion, highlighting the strength and resilience of individuals and families. You can learn more about the project here.

What’s Around the Corner?

As we look ahead, we’re excited about the opportunities on the horizon. Our team is gearing up for more live sports broadcasts, commercial projects, and meaningful collaborations. No matter the project, our commitment to delivering high-quality video production remains our top priority.

Thank you to our clients, collaborators, and audiences for your continued trust and support. We look forward to bringing more stories to life in the months to come.

The countdown begins for our fourth quarter. Stay tuned for what’s around the corner!
